What are the shipping times?
For neon signs:
For Standard delivery (free): It takes approximately 2 to 5 business days for the order to be processed. After your order has been processed, it takes about 4 to 5 business days for the item to be delivered. There may be delays beyond our control, such as customs and postal service delays.
For Express delivery (paid):
It takes approximately 1 to 3 business days for the order to be processed. After your order has been processed, it takes about 2 to 3 business days for the item to be delivered. There may be delays beyond our control, such as customs and postal service delays. This option can be selected on the checkout page, and the price is calculated automatically.
For 3D LED signs and light boxes:
For Standard delivery (free): It takes approximately 11 to 13 business days for the order to be processed. After your order has been processed, it takes about 4 to 7 business days for the item to be delivered. There may be delays beyond our control, such as customs and postal service delays.
For Express delivery (paid):
It takes approximately 8 to 10 business days for the order to be processed. After your order has been processed, it takes about 2 to 4 business days for the item to be delivered. There may be delays beyond our control, such as customs and postal service delays. This option can be selected on the checkout page, and the price is calculated automatically.
Tracking your order: You will receive a confirmation email and/or a text message, if you have provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to track the journey of your parcel. To track your parcel, you can visit our website www.17track.net. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to display.
