Are neon lights safe?
Yes, our products are non-toxic, glass-free LED neon lights that operate at a low voltage of 12V and are therefore significantly safer than traditional gas neon lights. They do not overheat and offer a safe solution even with children or animals. Additionally, they are around 90% more efficient and energy-saving.

How long do LED illuminated signs last?
The lifespan of the LED light is 50,000 hours minimum, which is about 10 years if you turn on the neon sign for 10-15 hours a day.

Am I entitled to a guarantee?
Yes, all products available from us are guaranteed for 2 years for interior neon lights and 1 year for exterior neon lights (waterproof).

Can I make my personalized design?
Yes, we can do almost anything you want! You can use our custom design creator for text signs or get a quote for a bespoke design that cannot be achieved with text alone.

Can I cancel my order or modify it later?
Cancellation or subsequent modification is only possible until we have placed your order. As each neon sign is a unique production, subsequent cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Can I use my LED neon sign outdoors?
Yes, we can produce waterproof versions for outdoor events and permanent outdoor installations.

What do I need to install my neon sign?
Your neon sign comes with all the necessary parts for installation in our assembly kit.

Does my neon sign require specialized installation?
LED illuminated signs require no installation assistance.

Do I need a base if I am going to attach the neon to the wall?
Your light sign arrives on a transparent pre-drilled support so that you can attach your neon to the wall.

What is 3M adhesive used for?
We offer 3M adhesive for people who want to avoid drilling their wall.

Can I have neon lights larger than 240x120 cm?

Yes, however you will have to cut them into several pieces.
